A family clinic in central Kyiv
Medion has been open since 2014. In that time we have grown from a single family doctor's office into a centre with 14 consulting rooms, helping more than 120 patients every day.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a declaration to get an appointment?
No. We see all patients on a paid basis without a declaration. If you do sign a declaration with one of our family doctors, some services will be free of charge under the NHSU programme.
How quickly will I get my test results?
Most general and biochemical tests are ready the same day by 18:00. Hormone and immunology panels take 1–2 working days. We send results by e-mail and store them in your personal record.
Can I bring my child to a family doctor?
Yes, our family doctors see children from birth. For more complex cases there is a separate paediatric room with a children's play corner.
Are you open at weekends?
Saturday 9:00–17:00 with the full team; Sunday 9:00–14:00 with a family doctor and a paediatrician on duty. The laboratory is open until 13:00 at weekends.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and bank transfer for companies. We also accept policies from 12 insurance companies — ask an administrator for the list.
